Procedure technique for facial fat grafting
Facial fat grafting is a two-step procedure that begins with the liposuction from the back, thighs, abdomen, love handles, or buttocks. Very little fat is required for facial fat grafting. The donor fat is refined to a more purified form and injected into the face to restore volume. The fat cells can be injected into the mid-face, cheek area, temples, or lips. We can also use different techniques and injection angles to provide the highest fat cell survival rate and the most natural-looking outcome.
What to expect from facial fat grafting
Depending on the donor area from which fat is harvested, you may need general or local anesthesia.
