This lovely patient came to Dr. Romanelli with concerns about her nasal appearance and breathing, especially on her left side. She wanted to remove the bump on her nose and improve her airway. Dr. Romanelli recommended a rhinoplasty to remove the bump and a septoplasty to correct her deviated septum, improving her breathing.
