Patient Story:

After her first surgery with Dr. Romanelli in 2005, this patient returned seeking a change. She wanted to switch from saline to silicone implants and go bigger for a fuller, more natural look. Dr. Romanelli performed an implant revision, removing her old saline implants (330-375cc) and replacing them with 565cc silicone implants on each side.
