This lovely patient came to us as she had been thinking about this procedure for a very long time, and finally took the step towards feeling more confident in her own skin. Starting at a 38H, she had struggled with neck and back pain, as well as shoulder grooves due to her heavy-duty bras. As a result, Dr. Romanelli suggested fat grafting to her shoulders to improve her contour, as well as highly the addition of adding mesh (Galaflex) to her breasts while performing her reduction, ensure that they stay in the proper position for as long as they can.
