This lovely patient came to us as she had been thinking about this procedure for a very long time and finally took the step towards feeling more confident in her own skin. Starting at 38H, she had struggled with neck and back pain, as well as shoulder grooves due to her heavy-duty bras. As a result, Dr. Romanelli suggested fat grafting to her shoulders to improve her contour, as well as highly the addition of mesh (Galaflex) to her breasts while performing her reduction to ensure that they stay in the proper position for as long as they can.
