This patient in her late 40's was referred to Dr. Romanelli by her breast surgeon. The patient had been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and her breast surgeon was performing a nipple sparing double mastectomy. During her consultation Dr. Romanelli recommended a direct implant placement to follow her mastectomy. Dr. Romanelli placed silicone gel implants under the chest muscle. Her results are stunning!
