In her early forties, this healthcare professional came to see Dr. Romanelli for improvement in the fullness of her buttocks and to remove some bulges of her hips and thighs.  “I’ve never had a round butt!” was what she said.  On exam, she was fit, at a great weight, but had some hollows and flattening of her buttocks on the sides.  And she also had some excess fat on the hips and lateral thighs.
