This patient desired removal and replacement of her breast implants, VASER Liposuction, and a Brazilian Butt Lift. To round and shape the buttocks, Dr. Romanelli first performs VASER Liposuction on other areas of the body with unwanted fat. VASER Liposuction uses ultrasound energy to separate the fat from surrounding tissue and is much gentler than traditional liposuction. The fat is then re-injected into the buttocks to add volume.
